The developer is proposing the following major changes to Reston National Golf Course

• 2 large sections of the course will be dedicated to the development of 288 3- and 4-story townhomes

• A new restaurant grill with a parking lot will be added just next to homes in the Golf Course Square Cluster, with an entrance on Soapstone Drive

• A new multi-level night-lit driving range

Where does the developer want the homes to be developed?

The 288 homes would be split into 2 areas of the course; one section would have a new entrance on South Lakes Dr and another would be on Colts Neck Dr.

What About the Driving Range?

The current driving range could be expanded to be 2 levels of play with new enhanced lighting for night play.
